The Copyright Website -- Random Bits of News Short blurbs on some interesting happenings in copyright and a brief guide to understanding legal issues in copyright law.
Fair Use Guidelines for Educational Multimedia A site to aid educators and students in the development of multimedia intended for non-commercial use.
Legal Domain Network. This site acts as an index for mailing lists and Internet discussion groups centered on legal issues. You can do keyword searches through the database.
Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. Solidly written, hyperlinked articles.
Intellectual Property Magazine. A quartely online magazine that explores the intersection of technology, law, and policy. It features articles "on the latest and most controversial developments in the laws governing technology and information."
Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. The TIPJ site contains abstracts of articles appearing in the print journal and subscription information. Check Volume 4, Issue 1 (1995): the site contains contributions from the conference The Emerging Law of Computer Networks.
Franklin Pierce Law Center. Lots of information on their Juris Doctor and Master of Intellectual Property degrees, links to other resources, and basic IP tutorials.
The Legal Information Institute. Court cases, U.S. government documents, and more ... this is a content-rich site.
Insititute for Learning Technologies. This Columbia University-based group offers a neatly outlined guide to web documents and resources, as well as original content.

Thomas: Legislative Information of the Internet. An extensive government server, with full texts of bills, Congressional Quarterly articles, and more.
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Another good government server, the USPTO site includes notices on the latest patent and trademark hearings.
Computer Crime. This site, constructed by Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility, contains information tracking how physical laws are applied to virtual spaces and events.
International Federation of Library Assocations and Institutions. One of IFLA's goals is to promote research and guidelines for library services. Their IFLA virtual librayr entry on Intellectual Property is worth the trip.
Electronic Frontier Foundation. This link leads to their Intellectual Property archive, an extensive collection. Still primarily text-based, with several gopher links.
Coalition for Networked Information. The CNI promotes access to networked information as a means to enhance scholarship. Visit the site if you're interested in the relationship between information ownership and academic research.
