Title: Inverse Problems in Quantitiative Fluorescence PAT

Fluorescence photoacoustice tomography (fPAT) combines photoacoustic tomography with fluorescence tomography to achieve high-resolution imaging of spatial concentration of fluorescent biochemical markers in target tissues.  Mathematically, quantitative fluorescence photoacoustic tomography can be regarded as an inverse coefficient problem for a weakly coupled (non-selfadjoint) system of elliptic PDEs with interior absorbed energy data.  We present in this talk some uniqueness and stability results on the inverse problem and propose a few reconstruction strategies.
