The Incubator Program manages a total
of 42,000 square feet of office space and is housed in the
J building Incubator Center at the campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute.

Produces environmentally friendly technologies focused on sustainability, conservation, and alternative energy generation. The first offering, Greensulate, is a low cost, biodegradable, insulating material targeted at the green construction market. The core technology has a wide range of commercial applications for biodegradable composites.
