During the Radio Broadcast, we wrote how we felt about money and
wrote songs and poems also. It was very fun and we had a good time
doing it. After one person read what they wrote about, we made a
beat like clapping so that the next person can get ready to read.
So that everyone can hear you, we had a transmitter put into a hat
and when you read you wore the hat. When we made beats that is
when you passed the hat to the next person. We all made our own
hats to wear during the broadcast. This is the first time that we
did Pirate Radio. We used Pirate radio so we could share our
work with people in the neighborhood who don't have Internet
access.
