MY RECIPE BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE
1 Tsp of paparika
1 Tsp of salt
1/4 Tsp peper
1 cream milk
2 Tsp margarine/butter
1 8oz american cheese(shredded)
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese(shredded)
8oz mueller elbow macaroni
1 egg(large)
Boil macroni in water with a dash of salt for about 6-8 min
and drain. Mix while warm. Butter/margarine- add all dry
ingredients-stir well add beating egg- put thin layer portion
of macaroni in greased 2 quart casserole- add mixture of
cheese on each layer of macaroni(till finish).Add can of
cream milk.Optional- garnish and parsley and paparika. Bake
in oven uncovered at 375 degree for 25-30 min or until hot
or bubbly. Make about 65mins. Depends on whois coming dinner.
