The Benefits Fair marks the beginning of the Open Enrollment period, which is the only time during the year that employees can elect to enroll in or change benefits without a qualifying event. Please note that if you elect to make changes to your benefits, the forms must be completed and returned to the Division of Human Resources no later than December 1, 2006 at 5:00PM. Forms cannot be accepted after December 1, 2006 at 5:00PM.
