Hazardous Waste Definitions.
EH&S oversees the collection and disposal of a number of waste streams from facilities, studios, residences and laboratories. EH&S manages regulated hazardous wastes – chemicals, oils, paints and paint thinners, pesticides, and cleaners. We also assist the generators in arranging for disposal of radioactive materials, biohazard and sharps wastes, photographic wastes, gas cylinders, and recyclable wastes such as batteries and electronic equipment.
