Regular part time employees may take one course per semester at Rensselear. Part time employees are not eligible for this benefit outside of Rensselaer. Benefits are available at the start of the first semester coinciding with or the next semester following the date the employee is eligible.

Spouses may take courses only at Rensselaer. Spouses of part time employees are not eligible for tuition benefits.

For courses taken at Rensselaer, you must apply for admission through the Office of Undergraduate or Graduate Admissions. After admission and registration, you must forward a completed Tuition Scholarship Request Form to Human Resources. If at the end of the semester it is determined that a grade of "C" or better was not attained, you will be billed for the course.
