Employee Benefit Deductions Per Pay Period:
Full time rates represent a 25% employee share of the cost; part-time rates represent a 50% share of the cost. Exempt staff are paid semi-monthly on the 15th and last workday of the month (24 paychecks per year). Nonexempt staff are paid bi-weekly every other Tuesday (26 paychecks per year). Your benefit deduction will only come out of 24 paychecks per year.
