Summary:

Employees have the right to continue current medical and dental coverage at the time of separation from Rensselaer for up to 18 months if separation is not for cause.

Family members (spouse and dependent children) who lose coverage due to divorce or loss of dependency may continue coverage for up to 36 months. The cost to continue coverage is 102 percent of the total cost.
