Employee Assistance Program
Summary:
The Employee Assistance Program makes professional counseling assistance available for any personal problems that may affect the quality of your life and adversely impact your job performance.
Capital EAP provides free and confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and information/referral services to employees and their families.

Who is eligible?
All Rensselaer employees and their immediate family members (spouse and dependents) are automatically entitled to this benefit, which is effective as of your date of hire. |
