- Approximately 203,000 gross square feet.
- Concert Hall: 11,500 square feet (1,200 seats).
- Theater: 4,500 square feet (400 seats).
- Studio 1: 3,500 square feet (flexible seating for up to 240).
- Studio 2: 2,500 square feet (flexible seating for up to 1220).
- Rehearsal Studio: 1,500 square feet.
- Artist-in-Residence Studios: (4) 200 - 300 square feet each.

South Campus Walk and Open Space Improvements:
- will connect the Biotechnology Building on the east with the Performing Arts Center on the west.
- will serve as pedestrian spine of the southern core campus.
- will incorporate walkways, light fixtures, and plantings.

- will replace campus entrance presently located on 15th Street north of College Avenue.
- will facilitate access to South Campus Improvements.
