the monthly installment payment plan we offer through the TuitionPay program in which you may pay by check, credit card, =

program website. A small annu=
al
enrollment fee will apply, as well as all applicable teleprocessing fees for
credit card use.
Late Fees/Financial Holds: Late
fees may not be appealed. Any
balance not paid, covered by financial aid or contracted with AMS TuitionPa=
y by
the due date noted on the first bill of the semester will be subjected to a
late payment fee of $175. Late
payments may also result in a financial hold on your account, which will
prevent registration for the next semester and the release of transcripts.<=
span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> If any amounts are still outstandi=
ng at
the end of a term, you must take a leave of absence. After completion of this leave,
re-admittance will be contingent on payment in full of the prior balance plus
full payment and/or an approved financial aid package for the semester you =
wish
to return in. The re-admittan=
ce
deadline is one week prior to the first day of classes for each semester.
Financial Aid explanations:
Authorized Aid: has already been deducted from the
amount due.
Pending Aid: has not been deducted from amount
due. MAY require further action (except =
TAP)

Students should review their account on SIS to ensure these funds are
applied to their account in a timely manner.
Refunds of Overpayment: If=
your
account is overpaid, a refund will be processed and sent in the studentR=
17;s
name to the school campus address on SIS.&=
nbsp;
If there is a Parent PLUS loan, a refund will be sent to the parent
borrower at the address on the loan application. If AMS was used to pay any part of =
the
account, a refund will not be sent until the end of the semester. A refund check will be recorded as=
a
charge on your account in order to offset the overpayment. The charge will equal the amount o=
f the
overpayment, leaving a net transaction of zero.
