Step 1. Create a new "Meeting Request" in Outlook
Step 2. After you enter your Appointment information, click on the "Scheduling" tab to make a reservation request to one of the School's Conference Rooms.
Step 3. Select the room you would like from the Global Address Book and add it as a Resource
Step 4. Check the room schedule and select a free time for all attendees.
Step 5. Select a convenient Meeting Time for all Attendees and click "Send" to submit your request. The message will automatically be sent to all Attendees.
