How long is practical training for?
A total of 12 months or what ever the employment dates are.

Can I travel while on practical training?
Yes; BUT your I-20 has to have been endorsed within the last 6 months.

Do I need my EAD card to travel?
YES, but you also need your I-20 ID Student Copy endorsed.

Can I apply for an H-1 visa after practical training?
Yes, if the company wants to apply for it.

Do I get 12 months of practical training after each degree?
Yes, you can have 12 months of OPT after each degree if you continue for a higher degree

After practical training how long do I have before I have to leave the country?
You must depart the USA within 60 days of completion of practical training.
