  • Publication 519 US Tax Guide for Aliens - talks about information on US Tax law as it applies to non-residents.
  • Publication 901 - US Tax Treaties - information on countries which have a tax treaties with the US. Individuals from a tax treaty country MUST file a federal income tax form in order to claim tax treaty benefits.
  • Publication 520 - Scholarships and Fellowships - covers rules for scholarships, fellowships, and tuition reductions.
  • Publication 597 - Information on the United States-Canada Income
