Time to Register!

In planning ahead, here are some things to keep in mind. You will need to register for the opening ceremony, lunch, and the closing ceremony, if you plan to attend. This will help us to get a head count.

In addition, you will also need to register for the workshops offered. Please review the workshop sessions offerings and descriptions. On the registration page, there is a “more info” tab that will provide a description and age level for all workshops offered.

This year, due to program changes, you will be able to register for no more than two workshops. Workshops will only be offered in the morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., and then again from 11 to 11:45 a.m. We have one workshop offering that will run 90-minutes long from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

This year, we will also host our Kids Corner room. Parents and their younger children can participate in simple arts and crafts activities, face painting, and we will also have a storyteller. That session will run from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. Children need to be accompanied by their parents.

Please note, as in past years, school groups and community organizations need to break up into smaller groups of no more than five students (accompanied by a adult chaperone at all times) especially for our hands-on sessions to enable other attendees to participate in our offerings.

Thank you for your cooperation in this process!
