INTRODUCTION



The following text is our term project for course Introduction to Biochemical Engineering. We decided to expand the information that Professor Bungay has available on the topic of immobilized enzymes.

    Nelly have also searched for more information on the net please look at the links provided. These books wrote Spanish and they have provided by us with more information on the topic which Nelly have translated into English.
