Term Project
Much of the material on this CD originated as student term projects. There is no
longer much scope for new topics, but you may wish to improve an existing topic.
If you select this option, decide whether you prefer to work alone or with no more than two partners.
Send an e-mail of your intentions so that no classmate duplicates your efforts.
Main-line term projects
- No teams, only individuals.
- Select any existing web page that interests you.
- Send an e-mail to the prof reserving that page for you.
- Use the library and the internet to find at least two recent articles on the topic.
- Prepare a web page that cites the articles.
- Include abstracts or summaries of each article.
- Add your personal analysis of why each article is significant.
- Prepare a separate web page that describes how you searched for and found the articles.
Include key words for your search.
- Be sure that your name is on all of your web pages.
