Here Gary is measuring a sample of beer, directly from the fermenter, for its etahnol content. He is using a hydrometer to measure the specific gravity, and thereby can calculate the ethanol amount. We tasted this beer and found it to have "grassy" taste. This was due to the beer not being carbonated and aged. Check the Schematic to see that the carbonation occurs after the beer flows from the fermenter.
