Malt

During the malting process, proteins are developed. Proteins are nutrients in the form of amino acids and are requird for healthy cell building. Malt also contains fat which is again needed for healthy cells. Zinc and Calcium are trace elements found in malt and are necessary for the complete yeast life cycle.
