Pearson3 Distribution
A very common distribution arises when there is a lower limit. One example is the size
of bacteria because none have zero size. There can be quite large bacteria
because some grow but never divide. Another example is floods because there is
a criterion of what level of a river determines flood stage; there is no zero flood.
