Immobilization of a-chymotripsin in isopropylacrylamide – hydroxyethylmethacrylate copolymer gel : a-chymotripsin was immobilized by physical entrapment within copolymer gels. The kinetic studies for the system show that the overall reaction rate is controlled by substrate diffusion in gel matrix. (Source : H. Cicek, A.
