Fluid cannot pass throught the center where the gears mesh. The space between the gears and the housing traps fluid and moves it to the other chamber. Verify that the arrow showing direction of flow is correct.
The rotor stretches the liner in eccentric fashion to move a cavity filled with fluid from the inlet to the outlet.
