Lineweaver-Burk transformation

The objective is to convert to an equation that can be plotted as a straight line. The Monod equation and the Michaelis-Menten equation have the same form. We will work with the latter, but this treatment is used for both. The variables to plot are 1/V versus 1/S to get a straight line.
