Registration Notes:

Your registration at one school registers you with the global JobLink system. You can access the system from any Custom school's website, from the NACElink Web site, from the Web site of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, or from the DirectEmployer Association's Web site.

Employer On-Campus Interview Management Documentation
Please Choose From the Following Two Login Options:

1. Our Organization is New to Recruiting @ Rensselaer. If you are a new contact but unsure about the status of your organization at Rensselaer, please call us at 518/276-6234 to check. If you have never registered with the CDC in the past, please click on "Register for the First Time." When setting up your new account, you will be prompted to do the following:

  • There are two short web pages of information that need to be completed. Click the "Submit Information" link at the bottom of page 1 when it is complete.
  • Complete page 2 and choose a username (your login) and password at the bottom of page 2 before you click the "Create My Account" link.
  • On the next page, survey the programs and services the Career Development Center offers and click on those that you would like to use. Click "Submit Desired Services."
  • You can now begin work at the Employer Desktop. (See details below.)

2. Our Organization Is NOT New to Recruiting at Rensselaer but I Do Not Remember My Username and Password. Please call the CDC at 518/276-6234 to obtain your Username and Password to gain access to your existing account or click on "Forgot Your Password" to have it emailed to you.


Using JobLink to Particiapte in On-Campus Recruiting:

STEP I: Schedule a recruiting date at RPI by calling our Recruitment Coordinator at 518/276-6245. Fall and spring on-campus interviewing is available each year.

STEP II: Login to JobLink using your Username and Password. From your Employer Desktop, please select "Post a Job for On-Campus Interviewing @ RPI." Complete all required fields and click on "Preview" and then "Submit."

Posting Your Jobs Using the Job Listing Service:
  • Post a Job To Multiple Institutions Create a job posting for one or more participating schools, or select all schools in the NACElink system.
  • Post a Job To RPI Only When you enter and post your job using Rensselaer's web site, only Rensselaer students and recent alumni will be able to view your posting.
  • Manage All Jobs Review, edit, or remove job postings, or copy a job to the on-campus interview program at Rensselaer.

Other Options You'll Find On Your Employer Desktop:

  • Manage My Account Manage employer information, create, and edit contacts.
  • Manage On-Campus Activities @ RPI View and manage your on-campus interview schedules, visits and presentations.
  • Resume Books Review Resume Books created for you by RPI.


Log out: Click the logout link in the navigation bar at the top of the page when you're ready to end your session.
