The CCPD Interview Center is located on the third floor of the Darrin Communications Center, Room 345. Recruiters may check in beginning at 8:15 a.m. A typical day of interviews runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we will try to accommodate any special requests. Interviews are generally 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length, with one hour for lunch and two breaks provided.

Setting Up Your Interview Schedule(s)

To request an on-campus interview schedule, please use our online system, JobLink. If you currently have a NACElink account, you may log into our system with your existing User Name and Password. If you do not have an account, please log on and request your Employer Account. You will be contacted once your request has been processed.

1. Request a Schedule via JobLink and wait for approval.

2. Post/Attach Job(s).

Managing Your Visit

Once your visit has been set up online, it is your responsibility to monitor the activity and adhere to the posted deadlines associated with your visit.

1. Review Resumes.

2. Select Candidates by Preselection Due Date.

3. Review schedule, which is finalized two business days prior to interview date.

Interview Schedule Options

Preselect – Students will submit resumes through JobLink, and you will have the opportunity to select your candidates (primary and alternate).

• • P = Preselect (Allows selected students who meet criteria to sign up for an interview)
  • PA = Preselect to Alternate (Allows selected students who meet criteria to sign up after Preselects)
