CCPD Spring 2012 Career Fair

Agenda

  • 8:30am-10:30am/Check in and Set-up - Armory Entrance
    Please ask all reps from your organization to check in and pick up your lunch tickets when they arrive - even if it is after 10:30am.  The Employer Concierge Table will be staffed all day. If you shipped materials in advance, they will be delivered to your table by 10am.
  • 10am-4pm/Employer Lounges Open
  • 12:30m-2:30pm/Recruiter Buffet Lunch
    Russell Sage Dining Hall, Banquet Room, 2nd Floor (Ticket required)
  • 11am-4pm/Staff Booth for Career Fair
  • 4pm-5:30pm/Booth Breakdown and Departure
    Prepare your shipping labels and move your items to be shipped to the rear of the facility by 4:30pm. Call your carrier in advance to arrange pick up from the Armory. The Armory is located at 1616 15th Street, Troy, NY 12180.

Please Note:  The CCPD will not be responsible for materials left behind.
