If you plan to ship boxes and display materials in advance, please email Colleen O'Byrne to let her know how many boxes or items to expect and the shipping date. |
It is your responsibility to see that boxes and display materials are returned to your company. |
Career Fair Displays

Please ship your materials directly to the Career Development Center (CDC) to arrive no later than Monday, February 1, 2010.

NOTE: The CDC will not be responsible for your return shipping. |
Due to limited floor space (and as a courtesy to your neighbor), we ask that you either set your display on or behind your table. No displays will be permitted on either side of your table - creating wings or extensions.
The CDC reserves the right to ask you to take down any display which obstructs the view of others.

Your shipped items will be delivered to your booth on February 3, 2010 by 10:0am to begin set-up.

- Attach shipping labels to all items to be returned
- Call your shipping carrier to schedule pick-up for no later than 6:30pm on February 3rd
- Bring all items to the designated Employer Concierge Table before leaving the facility
