Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit the Sophomore Career Experience (SCE) web site. BAE Systems, ExxonMobil, GE, & IBM have worked closely with the Career Development Center to create this exciting program designed to engage your sons and daughters in preparation for their future professional careers. Although it may seem early, the undergraduate years go by fast as many of you know. The SCE has been designed to provide students hands-on experience with career development skills and concepts that will serve them now and over the course of their careers. By laying the groundwork today, your children will be better positioned for success as they approach the marketplace in the coming years. Taking that first step can be frightening for some – this program is designed to encourage students to take ownership of their career planning and development in a fun and interactive environment.
