Who's Who in Property Administration

Marcy has been at RPI since January 2008. As part of the Office of Property Administration team she updates the property database with newly acquired assets, reconciles the property system records with the Institute's financial records, prepares reports, and participates in biennial physical inventory of Rensselaer and sponsor-owned property. Her goal is to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to the staff and faculty here at Rensselaer.

Previously, Marcy has been employed at Russell Sage College and George Washington University. She volunteers in community theatre during her spare time and lives in the beautiful rural countryside of Rensselaer County with her husband and two children.

Mike has been at RPI since January of 1990. His job includes coordinating the tagging of new Capital Equipment items, performing the biennial physical inventory of Rensselaer and sponsor-owned property and the processing of transfers, sales, and disposition of assets. Mike prepares status reports of inventory completion and assures that appropriate procedures are followed for the acquisition of Rensselaer Capital based property, advising and informing faculty and staff regarding specific policies and procedures.

Previous to coming to work for Rensselaer, Mike was employed at the Business Office of Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York. Mike currently resides in Amsterdam, NY.
