The Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta) Biological Honor Society is a society for students -- particularly undergraduates -- dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study, and extending the boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. The society holds both general meetings and science meetings, where current members present their research through seminars and discussions, and also attends regional TriBeta Conventions, hosts guest speakers, presents workshops, and volunteers in the community. Beta Beta Beta accepts new members to the society through an application process in the spring of students' sophomore year, or later.
