This structure of the nucleotide-binding domain of Ras with bound GDP was solved by L. A. Tong, A. M. de Vos M. V. Milburn, S. H. Kim in 1991.

Suggested display options:

Display the protein as cartoon and color structure. 

Then select hetero-ligand, display as spacefill, and color CPK to visualize the bound GDP.

Note how the nucleotide sits adjacent to the b-sheet.
Locate the P loop that extends from one b-stand past the nucleotide phosphates.
Compare to the structure of the nucleotide-binding site of myosin.
