Handicap Accessibility
The entrance to the arena is completely handicapped accessible. It is at ground level, providing access to the box office and the arena itself. You may purchase handicapped/accessible seating at the Box Office during normal business hours (see Ticket Information for box office hours) or by calling (518)276-6262. One person may be seated with each accessible user. Medical Assistance A full service First Aid station will be supplemented by roving emergency medical technicians. Please contact an usher if you need medical assistance. |
