The software packages listed below are available for installation on individual computer systems (primarily Windows PCs). Licensing and installation requirements differ for each software package.

It also handles long, complex documents with ease, and there is a local "thesis" template that meets the requirements of the Rensselaer Graduate School. LaTeX is not WYSIWYG; it uses text markup that looks similar to HTML. |
