Submitting Questions or Suggestions

The ACS consultants, who have regularly scheduled hours at the consulting Help Desk locations in the VCC, CII 3111, and Warren Hall during the school year, are available to help you and answer your questions. You can contact the consultants by either phoning ext. 7777, or by directing e-mail to consult@rpi.edu. (To view regular consulting schedule information in RPInfo, select the Academic Computing Services option from the main RPInfo homepage, then the Help Desk link from the ACS homepage. To check any special Help Desk hours, such as for holidays, choose the Schedules/Maps link from the ACS homepage, then click on the special hours link.)

If you encounter any workstations or printers that don't seem to work properly, please call the Help Desk at ext. 7777 to request repairs, or send electronic mail to repair@rpi.edu. To make any other suggestions, send electronic mail to suggest@rpi.edu.
