LMS Support Form

If you are an instructor and want to set up a new LMS course site, complete a new course request form.

If you don't know your RCS/LMS ID, look up your RCS id.

If you are taking a distance education course and need support for videostreaming, see videostream support.

If you are still unable to solve your problem after examining the above links, fill in the following form as completely as possible. This will enable the support personnel to respond to your problem in a timely manner.
