Physical Training 

Team 550 - Integrity, Service, Excellence

Physical training (PT) is a twice weekly training session to help cadets develop their physical fitness. PT, like LLAB, is cadet planned, organized and run. This training also helps cadets prepare for the semesterly physical fitness test. Some physical training activities include:

  • Calisthenics
  • Relay races
  • Ultimate Frisbee
  • Warrior runs
  • Records day (Try and set a new detachment record!)
