Leadership laboratory (LLAB) is an interactive hands on course designed to provide cadets with opportunities to develop their leadership and followership skills. LLAB is a cadet planned, organized, and executed activity allowing the cadets to tailor their own training. Some examples of past LLAB activities include:
- Paintball - small unit tactical exercises
- Water survival familiarization
- Land survival skills
- M-16 familiarization and qualification
- Expeditionary deployment training and exercise
