Teller or Service Representative: The person who cashes checks and deposits checks and cash. If you want to cash a check, the teller will ask you for picture identification (student I.D. or driver's license) to make sure you are the person you say you are.

Manager: The person that supervises all the bank employees for that branch. He/she has to make sure all the transaction sheets balance (from the daily deposits and withdrawals).

Customer Service Representative: The person who usually sits at a desk and is responsible for setting up savings and checking accounts; processes home, car, and personal loans; and issues new ATM (automatic teller machine) cards.
