If you’d like to learn more about Rensselaer, we recommend that you visit our campus. Attend one of our regular admissions information sessions, and take one of our student-led campus tours!

As you plan your visit, be sure to check out the Admissions Events page for special Visiting Days where we have designed an extended visit schedule with morning and afternoon schedule options. In addition to the information session and campus tour, you'll have the opportunity to attend academic sessions and have lunch with current Rensselaer students.

Visit Schedule   All times noted are Eastern Time (ET)

Weekend Office Hours Rensselaer welcomes visitors on Saturdays, excluding the months of December through February. Please note Rensselaer students do not have weekend classes; therefore, access to academic buildings and laboratories can be limited on weekends. Weekend student-led walking tours highlight the main academic campus and freshman residence halls.		Architecture Visitors Please contact Lecia O’Dell in the School of Architecture, or schedule a visit online. We strongly recommend a visit to the Rensselaer School of Architecture to meet with one of their faculty and visit their studios. Because Architecture does not have classes during the summer, they have a limited number of faculty available to meet with you during the months of June, July, and August. The best time to visit is during one of the regular academic semesters, September through December or mid-January through mid-May. The School of Architecture does not schedule Friday appointments.
