For students who will have less than four semesters of college work:

	Complete and sign your application.
	Submit the corresponding transfer application supplement. Transfer Common Application Supplement Transfer Universal Application Supplement
	Include the application fee.
	Submit official college transcripts.
	Submit official high school transcripts.
	Submit official standardized test scores (SAT CEEB ID # 2757; ACT college code 2866).
	Request a recommendation from a high school teacher or guidance counselor.
	Request one letter of recommendation either from an instructor who has taught you or from an academic dean or counselor.
