I enjoy the opportunity to meet prospective students and their families, both on-campus and on the road.  I loved my experience as a student at Rensselaer and speaking with families who are eager to learn about Rensselaer is a great way to share that.
Education:  B.S. in Communication, Minor in Management

Outside Interests: Traveling, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, and most important to me: Ice Hockey (which I began playing at age six). I also love watching the Boston Red Sox and Green Bay Packers (my favorite teams) in action.

The chance to inform prospective students about the rewards of a Rensselaer education is a part of the job I really enjoy. My education has taught me much about myself and the world, it has been an amazing experience! Realizing that not everyone knows about or even has that opportunity to continue learning has motivated me to take a path centered around education for myself and others.

I have worked in admissions for 14 years and get the greatest pleasure from watching students grow from first-year students to graduating seniors.

Among many duties as an admissions professional, I help students and families gain a better understanding of the college admissions process through workshops to high schools and community based organizations in New York State and across the country.

I am particularly committed to preparing underrepresented and undeserved students for lifelong learning opportunities, especially as they apply to higher education.

Education: Bachelors Degree from Texas Lutheran University with majors in Business Administration and Marketing

Outside Interests: I am an avid sports fan, and have coached basketball at the college level and for my daughter’s little league team. I enjoy working with young people through my church and other community based organizations

Outside Interests:  sports (Yankees, Giants, Notre Dame, RPI), travel (mainly domestic, as I don’t get overseas much).

I enjoy having the opportunity to travel and meet with prospective students from all over the world. As a graduate of Rensselaer, the greatest thing for me is being able to share with them the wonderful experiences that I had here as an undergraduate.
