Academic Computing Services is currently updating two memos: Memo RPI.112, Using UNIX Workstations, and Memo RPI.120, Creating On-Line Documents in RPInfo on the World Wide Web.
Memo RPI.112, Using UNIX Workstations, acts as an introductory document to get RCS users acquainted with the very basics of using the campus' UNIX workstations, including how to log on to the system, using UNIX windows and the various mouse buttons, working with the RCS Applications menu, printing, and changing one's password.
Memo RPI.120, Creating On-Line Documents in RPInfo on the World Wide Web, provides instructions on creating HyperText Markup Language (HTML) documents, including images in your HTML document, working with HTML editors and translators, using relative path names, and finding additional information.
You may access these memos and other ACS documentation either from the RCS directory /campus/doc/acs.memos, or through RPInfo by selecting ACS documentation from the ACS homepage.
