To help foster communication among the various information providers at Rensselaer, the rpi.talk.rpinfo-providers newsgroup has been launched. The moderated newsgroup will serve as a forum to discuss creating and maintaining web pages on RPInfo, and should provide an ideal place to announce changes in your web address, to exchange ideas and tips, and to ask questions. While the newsgroup's participants will mainly consist of departmental web masters and information providers, we welcome everyone to contribute.
There are no "dumb questions," so feel free to post any request for help. And also feel free to answer any questions you can. To join the discussion, start a newsreader such as xrn and subscribe to rpi.talk.rpinfo-providers.
