- IRIS Explorer 5.0,
the National Algorithms Group (NAG)'s powerful tool for
3D data visualization, animation and manipulation, and for developing
customized applications, is now available on all RCS IBM, SGI and SUN
UNIX workstations.
February 2002
- Version 6.2 of ABAQUS,
a finite element solver that interfaces with other solid
modelers, is now available on all the RCS IBM, SGI, and Sun UNIX workstations.
January 2002
- AcroRead 4.0 is now available on
the RCS UNIX workstations.
- Version 2001r2a of the
MSC/PATRAN engineering package
is now available for use on all the Windows 2000 systems in VCC North and
VCC South, as well as on all RCS UNIX workstations.
- Version 2001 of the Pro/ENGINEER
computer-aided engineering package is
now available on the Windows 2000 systems in the VCC South lab, as well as on
all RCS UNIX workstations.
