NSS welcomes its newest Computer Operator, Jason McNulty, who started on March 26. Welcome, Jason!

Administrative Information Services has seen a number of recent staff changes, beginning with Chester "Chet" Burzynski and Deborah Rott, who both came on board as Application Developers on March 19.

Chet, who earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science here at Rensselaer back in 1996, comes to campus with experience as both a programmer/analyst with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in Albany, and as an application developer with IFS International, located at the Tech Park in East Greenbush.

Prior to coming to Rensselaer, Debbie, who earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1990 and plans to begin study towards a Master's degree in Computer Science here at RPI, worked as a User Support Specialist for the Tops Markets supermarket chain in western New York, and also as a Business and Programmer Analyst for Keane, Inc. in Albany.

On March 20, Mike Stampalia marked his last day within the department. Mike, who first joined AIS in January 0f 1998, left his position as a Database Administrator to take a position as a consultant for General Electric in Schenectady. We wish Mike all the very best with his exciting new position!

On April 2, AIS welcomed a third Application Developer, Paul Guskie. Paul, who has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from SUNY Utica, was previously employed as a programmer in Advancement Services for the past five years here at RPI.

And lastly, the Campus Computer Store welcomes Peter Harris, who joined the staff as a Technical Sales Specialist on April 2. Prior to coming to Rensselaer, Pete worked as a Client Analyst/help Desk associate at CommSoft for ten months. Pete also holds a degree in Information Technology from the Bryant and Stratton Business School in Albany.
