In an effort to supply our users with the most up-to-date and useful information, Academic Computing Services has recently updated many of its Quick Study documents.
In addition, the department has also created a number of brand-new ones, specific to PC users. These new documents include:
ACS is also in the process of working on a number of additional new documents, including Quick Studies for EZ-Snapshot, Maple, WebMail, and scanning images. So please watch for these new pieces of documentation!
In the meantime, all of the current Quick Study and Memo documents are available in hardcopy form in the documentation rack outside the VCC Help Desk, as well as on-line via the ACS homepage in RPInfo. To access the on-line versions, select the Academic Computing Services link from the Computing section of the RPInfo homepage, and then the ACS documentation link from the resulting ACS page. Documentation is grouped by subject or listed by number, and many documents are available in both HTML and PDF formats.
