All DotCIO staff offices, computer labs and classrooms, the Rensselaer Libraries, the Campus Computer Store, and the ARC Help Desk locations will all observe special hours during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays.
The DotCIO computer labs, the Libraries, the Academic and Research Computing Help Desk locations, and the Campus Computer Store will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 22 and 23, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

ARC Help Desk Services Hours
The VCC Help Desk will be open from 8:30am to 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 21, but will be closed Thursday through Saturday, November 22 - 24.
CII Help Desk services will be closed Wednesday through Saturday, November 21 - 24.
All Help Desk sites will resume their respective normal hours at 4:00pm on Sunday, November 25.

Help Desk Services Hours
The CII Help Desk will close for the fall semester at 4:00pm on Friday, December 14.
From Monday, December 17, 2001 through Friday, January 4, 2002, Help Desk services will only be available in the VCC, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
All Help Desk sites will resume their respective normal hours on Monday, January 7, 2002.
