Check Out Your Electronic Citizenship Savvy

So you think you know everything it takes to be a good e-citizen here at Rensselaer? You might be surprised!

If you'd like to test your knowledge and understanding of Rensselaer's Policy on Electronic Citizenship, CIS strongly suggests that you take its new on-line quiz, which consists of ten multiple choice questions chosen at random from a database of questions.

To take the electronic citizenship quiz, click on the Computing Rights/Responsibilities link under the Computing section of the main RPInfo homepage, then click on the Take the on-line quiz link from the resulting page. Alternatively, you may enter the following URL in the "Location" field at the top of your Web browser window:

        http://vcmr-67.server.rpi.edu/quiz.html

Before you begin the quiz, the system will prompt you to enter your RCS userID. (Please note that if you fail the quiz, or if you feel you need more understanding of the material, you can take the quiz as many times as you wish.)

When you finish taking the quiz, you will have an opportunity to send us feedback. We are especially interested in knowing if the quiz helped you to better understand Rensselaer's Policy on Electronic Citizensip.

We are hoping to make this quiz mandatory for all new users in the fall of 2001.
